TEAM

Hi, my name is Michelle Jack and I am the owner of Sweet A Licious.  Owning my own business in Buckhannon where I was born and raised has always been something I wanted to do.  I have been married for 23 years and we have an amazing daughter. Without the help of my husband, Bill, and my daughter, Courtney, this business would not be possible.   I can also say the same about my amazing parents, Pat and Carlyle Stanton, without their love and daily support I would be lost. They instilled a work ethic in their children, that very little in this life is free and that you must work hard to achieve your dreams.

I am a 1984 graduate of Buckhannon Upshur and a 1987 Graduate of West Virginia Wesleyan College where my daughter is a Senior at Wesleyan in the nursing program.  My desire for Sweet A Licious is to be a place where you can come in sit down (open year round) with family & friends to enjoy their company in our Christ-centered environment.  We are a family of great faith and are very blessed to be able to share our faith through our actions/words and our business to all who enter.

Sweet A Licious is not my only job. I am currently employed with the federal government and have been so for 28 years. I hope to be able to retire soon and spend more time on my business, with my family, and volunteering in the community to help those in need.

I truly do thank everyone for your support of our business. We opened our doors on October 6th, 2017 and hope to be here a long time but we must have your year-round support to do so.  Once again, thank you and God Bless.

2020 Update - I retired from my job as a Federal Government Employee after 29 years, our daughter graduated from WVWC in May and is now a Registered Nurse.
